Worst delivery ever!
Chaps, you really must get yourself organized. Online services are handy, and that’s a blessing. But when your personnel repeatedly send you the wrong thing, that stops just short of unorganized. It smacks strongly of incompetence. You simply must check into this. I’ll be using another service.
