Very bad customer service dont fix issue
Never buy this device from this company very very bad service I tried emailing, calling, even online chat they never fixed my issue I had purchased 2 devices one was disconnected because of technical issues the other device was still active and still under contract and was not up for renewal until the end of November 2018, but they disconnected both and never connected the active one back and they never reached back out to me, so I want to let people know if u ever have issue with your Vyncs device U might as well throw it away and go with another reliable company with great customer service that will fix your issues!!!!
