AVOID AVOID AVOID

Terrible service - ordered packing boxes that never arrived. Money was taken from my account. Have no idea how to get in touch for a refund, as no one is answering emails or phone calls! This is theft, pure and simple

Appalling customer service

Placed an order 2 weeks ago. Money was taken immediately. I have now emailed them twice for a delivery update, no response. I have spent ages trying all their phone numbers, the phone is never answered. I am not sure I will ever receive my order and have no faith I count get a refund. Avoid this compt

Not what I ordered - and now no contact

Ordered 65litre deep plastic boxes for moving - received shallow 40 litre under bed storage boxes. Am moving house imminently and need the boxes! Have emailed and called and emailed and called (phone lines now do not connect once you have selected option - sales / customer service - both just don’t go anywhere!) £51 out of pocket with product of no use. Just need them to collect wrong delivery and deliver correct order ... really frustrated and disappointed.

DO NIT USE. SCAM COMPANY?

This company had a headline of 3-5 days for delivery of product. After 8 days I contacted them, they pointed out that Ts&C's meant that they actually had 30 days to fulfil the order. After 38 days I demanded a refund. Their response was to say that "legally we have 14 days to process your refund". This company is useless. It makes me wonder if this is just a scam.
