NO communication, poor delivery and NO REFUNDS
I ordered the Helo executive pack Jan 23. Received it in April. Returned the ENTIRE UNOPENED exec package May 8, and have not received a refund to date. I was given an email address to correspond with. When I did email them, it was an automated response telling me to 'open a ticket' . The tickets that I previously opened did not get a timely response. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY
