Normally they do better
I’d love to be able to say that everything was hunkydory, that the entire service went as planned, but that just wasn’t the case. In fact, things went the other way, went south pretty quickly, causing me a great deal of stress and wasting a lot of my time. Sure, I can understand things do go wrong, but they did nothing to rectify the situation and I didn’t even receive an apology!
