Puzzle Item #1183 Made in America by James Mellett

This puzzle was terrible, it had been cut twice by the look of it and each piece had some of the piece on it that had to be taken off, then the pieces did not fit correctly and would not stay together so puzzle could not be used, in the bottom of the box was a good small handful of dust and scraps from the pieces. Was very disappointed as the other one the that we also purchased was like the pieces had not been cut all the way through and was terrible to work with. We have always tried to buy the White Mountain puzzles as they were the best but now their quality is in question.

Totally ruined,

Ordered two different sized puzzles. Delivery arrived. The driver just dumped the product on the doorstop and did not even knock on the door. By the time I got downstairs to take my delivery in it was totally ruined by the weather. The driver did not even knock on the door. When I asked the company what had happened they blamed me for not being in to which I responded the driver had not even knocked at the door and that I was in. Very rudely spoken to.
