My friend arranged with An Shah of William Ball Kitchens to have the front of her kitchen doors replaced for £412 in March 2021. .He took the money but then did not carry out the work. He later said he would give a refund but did not do so. This behaviour is totally unacceptable.

Don't trust him to do your kitchen etc

My friend paid Anil Shah Director of this company for goods that he's never sent. He promised her a refund but he hasn't sent it.

In July 21, I posted at review complaining I'd paid Anil Sharma for replacement kitchen drawers, the goods hadn't been delivered, he was blocking my calls and not refunding me. There isn't much change unfortunately. Well he did called me on 24 Aug 21 to promise he'd refund me; but of course he hasn't and he's not responding to messages. Mysteriously his TrustMeter scores have now gone up by an apparent flurry of positive reviews. Well Anil Sharma appears on a mission to post fake reviews to TrustMeter to up his rating. If you google one of the reviewers, a Florinela Topsa, it shows this person was company director registered at STEWARTS FARM UNIT D SCHOOL ROAD, ONGAR which is EXACTLY the same address as Anil Sharma’s company address for dissolved company reg. 11602697 William Ball Kitchens Ltd; clearly can’t be a weird coincidence? I tried getting my money back by reporting him to my bank, but was told that he had no money in his account, so the payment couldn't be retrieved. I just hope that he does the right thing and pays me back the £412 he still owes me.

Was having problems with my integrated fridge door not closing. Spoke to Anil at William Ball. He suggested what to do to rectify the problem. We ordered a new fridge door and reinforced hinges, which fitted perfectly and solved the problem. Prompt and excellent service.

I have a 17 years old kitchen of the Merlin range in real oak. I was doubtful they would still carry the stock but tried to take a chance. They were very helpful and ordered the door for us from Itlay! Great company and lovely service.

Had a William Ball kitchen since 1991 and extended the house thus wanted to extend the kitchen. Could not find the matching doors so tried William Ball. Then came out one evening and got the matching doors ordered for us from itlay from the original manufacturers!! Great products, service and reasonably priced! They kept following up throughout the fitting process till completion. Fantastic company, would recommend with my eyes closed.

Bought 7 replacement doors, which i was very lucky to get as if i hadn’t got the replacement doors i would have had to replace my whole kitchen. Very fast and reliable company. Very helpful team of husband and wife. Came out on a Sunday evening to inspect the water damage to the doors. Great products and fantastic service!!!

In March 2021 I ordered three replacement kitchen cabinet fronts from Mr Anil Sharma Director of William Ball Kitchens following several discussions and text messages when he confirmed he and his wife Mrs Shivani Sharma also Company Director and Secretary would be able to order theses items in 3-4 weeks. He asked for payment to his personal bank account. As with previous reviewer, he failed to fulfill order and gave various excuses. Finally I asked for my money back. He confirmed he received my bank details. Nothing has been repaid and he is no longer answering the he phone when I call, nor responding to messages. Unless Mr Sharma repays me, i conclude that he and his wife appears to be operating a repeat pattern of fraudulent business behaviour.

Great service and support. Helped plan and design my kitchen. Fantastic customer support, and very prompt service. The quality of the kitchen is very good.I had a william ball kitchen in my old home and when I recently moved, I decided to install a William Ball kitchen in my new home. Very pleased with the entire process of purchasing from them.

I ordered a cabinet door , and paid by bank transfer as instructed, a very stupid thing to do, needless to say the door has never arrived and the seller mr Anill Sharma has made countless excuses as to why it's not come. Dreadful company to deal with ,
