Confirmation of a booking change without telling you there will be an extra $249 charge.
When you ask for a change in a booking date be very careful. I asked for a change immediately after realising it was the wrong date and should of been the following weekend. Wotif contacted me via email and confirmed that they had confirmation that it had been accepted by the Sofitel Hotel. When asked for an Itinerary update today they then said I would have to pay and extra $249 dollars as the room was no longer available at the price that was offered. What a scam, I will never use Wotif again and thanks for ruining our anniversary.
