Rude customer service
Stay away from this company at all costs! Their customer service people are downright rude! I called to complain about an order not being filled, and the person I spoke to got very defensive and was downright rude. I wasn't rude to her at all, I just wanted to know when my order was going to be shipped, since I'd paid for it over a week ago. They really don't care about their customers!

Unaffordable jewelry
I can't continue buying from them anymore. They keep offering fewer and fewer selections of the things I like, and their prices keep increasing. I can find better deals elsewhere.
