I signed for zoosk dating, and paid 29.95 by credit card. I posted a photo of myself, and wrote a summary about myself, etc... And the next thing I know I get a message from Zoosk, saying they did not approve of my summary about myself, and that they removed my summary and photo! So I told them that I wanted all my money back now!! Every dime of it or I would get on the internet and trash them. They give false information, they say sign up for free and browse for singles. Well when you sign up, you get to see some singles, but it is always the same faces, never nothing new, except maybe one or two, and the photos I kept receiving were of men, who had nasty looking beards, men who did not keep themselves groomed, men who look like drug users, and alcoholics, men from out of state, men from out of town. We had to take a video to prove it was really us, after uploading our photos, for their approval. We have to say what they want us to say, or they delete it. Why should we have to post photos, if we can't say in our words,what we choose to say about ourselves? And how can they match us with someone, they think we will be great with or for? Zoosk don't know me, my interests, or about my life. But they think they know what is best, and who we should date? And the worse part is when you sign up, you can NOT send anyone a message, you can NOT read any messages, that you get back! If you want to send a message or read a message from someone, YOU HAVE TO PAY!!! SCAM!!!!! I paid for one month $29.95 on June 6, 2017 and today is the 7th and they are Pulling this on me? And plan on keeping my money? I do not think so! I want money back, and I want every dime. When I unscribed from their site, I could not list why I was deactiving the account, I had to choose a question that had nothing whatsoever, to do why I was leaving! So I know this site is nothing but a scam. And they need to be removed, from the dating sites. I have read posts on facebook, about Zoosk being a scam, and how they treat people. There are people (MEN) on the site who do not have photos posted.But if I did not post a photo, they hounded me, and made threats, that I would be removed if I did not post a photo for them to approve. So once I posted a photo, then I had to record a video, of myself, submit before they approved my photo. So if they approved my photos, then why come back the day after I paid my money and tell me that My information was removed????? Makes no sense except they are scamming people out of money, Right???? Someone needs to investigate this site. I told them I was going to the proper authories about this, and that I would not use their site any more, because I would trash them all over the internet! What are they gonna do? Take me to court? LOl....They can't get nothing from me, because I don't have anything to give or for them to take except junk!! And they can have it if they think it is worth something lol. I want my money back, or they will never get a break from me. They are scamming people left and right! And I am sick of these sites doing this to people. And I will start a petition to get them taken down and removed from google store.
