Ordered two items recently, both supposedly in linen, but one turned out to be in polyester, and one in cotton and polyester. Colour and design nothing like what was advertised, and delivery times also turned out to be a work of fiction. When I emailed about some of these issues, the replies bore no relationship to what I had written! I have reluctantly decided not to even attempt to return these items, as from what has gone on, it would seem highly unlikely that I will ever get a refund. I've therefore decided to chalk it up to experience!
