I signed up to Team RH Feb/March time, before the pandemic truly kicked off. A matter of days later, the pandemic hit and I lost my job as a result. As a student and without the extra income from my job I was unable to afford the membership fee. I was embarrassed as I have never been in a situation like this before but I then decided to contact Team RH direct, they went above and beyond for me. Team RH fought my corner and ensured my membership was cancelled. I hope that once I am in a more secure financial position that I will be able to sign up to the program again. Thank you Team RH, I will not forget your kindness at this difficult time.
