Review about Mystery Tackle Box
Customer service has gotten lost in this day and age. You would think that a company that has been in business this many years would know how to act. Well apparently not. When you can and make an appointment for a service call, they should be on time. An hour late with no explanation. Left job unfinished because part was wrong. Did not give time that they would return. Call office and nobody knows what is going on.
