I like the ease and convenience of shopping online. It's much easier than going in a store. The only thing I dislike about Rainbowpick is some of their prices are high and shipping costs. Also, some of the products take a long time to arrive as given the estimated arrival dates. But Customer service with Rainbowpick is actually very good. They seem to actually care about their customers. They welcome feedback from their customers and like for customers to leave ratings and reviews.
