I placed an order with Misfit cosmetics 10 days ago now. I had to pay £3.99 for delivery and received an order confirmation email once my order was placed. I was informed in an email that I would receive another email to let me know when my products had been despatched. I’ve heard nothing, nor do I have my order. I have emailed the company 3 times and every email has been ignored. I have tried to cancel my order and that too has been ignored. So I have no products, I’m out £19 and I’ve had no acknowledgement of any of the emails I’ve sent (I’ve had to email as they have no telephone number for you to call). AVOID COMPLETELY!!!!!
