Team RH fitness is an online coaching group founded and delivered by Richie Howey and Rachael Hepton. The Group offers nutritional information following the principles of IIFYM. My review; Richie and Rachael are con artists and very good ones at that. If you make any negative comments, you are booted from the group. If you sell or ever have sold other nutrient products, booted. If you don't suck up to them, sing their praises and share their content, booted. They are also hypocritical. Richie brags about how they aren't doing this for money and could sell diet plans and Swan into the sunset. 1) they charge £3.50 per month from 5000 members, do the math. 2) they used to sell diet plans from £35-£150. The group is great if you are new to IIFYM and want to be spoon fed information. If you have half a brain, just do the research yourself and save your money. Not worth it.
