I ordered a bed. They said it would be delivered on Monday. After waiting all day I get an email Monday afternoon saying they can't deliver until Wednesday. I called waited on line 1hour & a half. Called backed waited another hour 15 minutes. Cancel the order because on Wednesday they called me and said they couldn't deliver until next. Thursday I cancel the order after waiting 3 hours to reach customer service. They give me number for cancellation and tell me somebody will call me on Friday. So Monday no one calls me period I call again wait an hour and a half to reach someone. They tell me no one is going to call it will be 5 to 7 business days until I get my money back. Today Tuesday I get a call from the delivery company seperate from Ikea and they say my order was not cancelled. What?? So now I'm in the phone waiting an hour again to talk to someone. I knew that was a red light to cancel my order. I thought what would happen if didn't like it I would never reach anyone. Worst customer service I ever experienced in my entire life!!!
