I live in Kingston and have visited the Star Bucks only five times and every single time I have been surprised by how horrible the service is, the coffee and especially the customer service. The last time I went was my birthday and I had a free coffee but I didn't tell her ahead of time so she charged me for it, what kind of customer service does that ? The girls there don't know how to make coffee and they don't treat you like you're spending five dollars for a cup of coffee and they should. Don't go there it's not worth it, the worst!
