I have not even received the package yet, and am already utterly disappointed in the service that I've received! Let's start with the false advertising on their Delivery service!!!! You pay an exorbitant “Express Delivery” fee, which states at checkout 2-5 business day…. Well folks, don’t take that for gospel, read the fine print which is on a separate page of the website to the checkout page, which describes how that 2-5 business days is how long they take to put the item into a box and stick a shipping address onto the parcel…. THEN you have to wait an additional 5-10 business days to actually receive the item! ARE YOU ACTUALLY JOKING!!! Express Delivery is definitely not a potential 15 days after purchase. Never again! Cannot believe the utter disregard for the customer satisfaction and blatant lies on the site!
