Being an absentee owner of a property in Edmond, OK I turned to a Real Estate Management Company formerly called Redneck Properties LLC, which about 6 months ago was somehow consolidated into Renters Warehouse. We used the company during the course of a few years and two tenants. The problem we had with them was that they did not disclose to me or my partner the credit history of the most recent tenant, did very little to insure the credibility of the tenant, nor did anything to mitigate damage to property or reimbursement for the damage.
