Visited on 8th May and were greeted by Laura who was very friendly . I needed some advice on a dog food that would be best for my dog within a certain price range and Laura was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. It's so nice to go in to a retail store and have a conversation with someone who knows what they are selling. . Good customer service. It shows that the staff have been trained correctly and care about what they do. Got nothing but good things to say about Pets at home.
