What kind of company doesn’t even show up when asked of a service? At the very least, I should have been contacted if there were going to be any foreseen hiccups in service but these guys didn’t even do that much. I was left high and dry waiting for a service I had scheduled way in advance, and I was the one who had to call to see what was up. Ridiculous. And then they made a hassle when I wanted my money back!
