Finally received my dress despite paying half the cost of the dress again for the quickest delivery ( had to wait three weeks!!) the dress is the most appalling quality and the fit was terrible, their sizing is totally wrong. It had also been sent with someone’s lipstick all over the collar area. Returning it has been a nightmare in fact I have given and waved goodbye to £35.....I will never use this company again. I shop on line for most clothes and have never had such a negative and disappointing experience, I feel like I have been deliberating ripped off from the false advertising and descriptions of products to the impossible returns process.
