There isn't a single aspect of this company I liked. In fact, it is the worst experience with a company I've ever had! This company scams people and they scammed me. I ordered a dress for a friend and a few days later realized it wouldn't be large enough based off of her measurements. I emailed the company to cancel the order. They said it was already in transit but I have 15 days upon receiving the package to send it back. A month later I still hadn't gotten the package. I asked for a tracking number and the package was sitting in China and hadn't moved. I again emailed them letting them know the package hadn't even left the facility yet so they should cancel the order. I was again told it was In transit. I checked back a week and a half later and the package was still sitting in China in the same spot. I sent yet another email and was told it was on its way. 2 months after having ordered the dress I received the package! The dress was the worst quality I've ever seen! It looked like a see-thru bed sheet. I was disgusted! I followed the instructions mailed with the package to send it back. I submitted the return through the online portal and received a response from customer service saying it would cost $60-$100 to get the package back to China so it's not worth it AND it needs to be AT their location within 15 days, not postmarked within 15 days like I was told. The customer service rep said it took me 2 months to get so I may as well keep it because I won't be getting my money back because A - it won't get to them in time, B - it may get "lost" in the mail, and C - it will cost me more to send back than what I paid for it. This company is the biggest rip off I've ever encountered and I'M IN SALES!!!
