I had one my worst retail online experiences with this site, ever. I had to reverse the charges through my credit card fraud department, as the company's customer service is apparently nonexistant. Oh yes, they charge your credit card immediately but do not so much as send a confirmation! 10 days later the site showed my order as "processing". If you look at various review sites, you'll see JFN is listed as a "scam" and rated "avoid" so don't go there. Happily I got my money back and so my story has a happy ending.
