I purchased a dog ramp for my elderly dog who has difficulty getting into the car. Unfortunately my dog was unable to use the ramp and when I called Chewy's Customer Service about returning it the woman I spoke with was wonderful. Not only did she tell me that Chewy prefers we try to donate the ramp to a local shelter but if that was not possible, she e-mailed me a return label to return it to them at no charge to us. We were able to donate the ramp to Paws, a no kill animal shelter in Atlanta. Incredibly Chewy still refunded me almost the entire purchase price (I spent $51 and received $49). It is wonderful to find a company that actually cares about their customers and that would do something so terrific for shelter animals. I absolutely recommend them to everyone and i will make my purchases through them again whenever possible.
