I have bought two watches from Phillip and both are excellent. He did so much to reassure me before purchase, from his knowledge of the product to likely reliability and every message was responded to personally and efficiently. There was no pressure to purchase either but when my first watch arrived two days later from UK stock by Special Delivery, I was sufficiently impressed that I decided to purchase a second, different model and visited Phillip to look through the options. Again, a lovely chat with a real enthusiast who showed me some of his watch collection over a cup of coffee. This isn’t his main business and the fact that it is therefore his passion - not just a money-making enterprise, really shows. Can’t recommend him highly enough!
