Just be careful folks. They make this seem like it’s a monthly subscription, but you have to set up a direct debit to use the app. And as soon as you use the app, you are at their mercy, they have you for 12 monthly payments. I wanted to get out of the contract after 13 days due to a change in circumstances (well within my 14 day cooling off period, but in using the app, you wave your right to a 14 day cooling off period). I’ve tried everything, I’ve told them I don’t want to use the app, I won’t use ever use it, I’m not interested in stealing any of its content. But they will not release me from the 12 month contract and this is on the 14th day. Ive asked them many times today to cancel! This is just a heads up to prospective, and trusting customers. Be careful, you will be in it for 12 months with no exit. it’s an awful underhand way to run a business in my opinion. See attached, it looks like trust pilot are on to them! GOOD!
