I ordered a dress that I saw on the website on July 23, 2018. the dress cost $21.00, I paid an extra $12.99 to have it expressed mailed because I wanted to take it on vacation. After a week of no dress I tried to contact the company only to find out that you cannot speak to anyone and contact must be through email. So I did and was replied with an apology and that they could send my dress express delivery with no charge. I replied stated that I had already paid for express delivery and that the $12.99 should be refunded. Well, I did not hear from them again until 3weeks later I received an email from the delivery company stating the dress will be delivered in a few days after that email. When the package finally arrived I was horrified to see the dress. It was not finished made and the quality of the material was very poor. The dress looked nothing like the one I saw on the website. I therefore contacted them via email again stating my disappointment and that I wish to return the dress and be refunded my money. It took 1week for me to get a response stating they will email me a website to retrieve a return label. I received the email with the website a few days after that. When I printed out the label I noticed that it stated that I will have to pay the return fee. I packaged the dress and took it to my local post office to ship. The cashier at the post office informed me that it would cost $23.00 to return the item to China. What a disaster. I paid $21.00 for the dress, $12.99 for express mail which totaled $34 and now shipping is $23 which is more than the dress cost. I of course did not return it. I have been showing it to everyone and will put it on social media to stay away from Just fashion now. You need to shut this online shopping site down.
