1/10: SCAM! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! FALSE ADVERTISEMENT! I ordered two items which came to a total of £5.98 last week, and was charged for this alongside an extra £30 which I was unknown about until looking at my bank statements. After calling up multiple times, sending evidence and asking to speak to the customer services manager, I’ve had no help and recieved no refund what so ever! Even the staff on the phone - before they shut their phone line today - were no help, not giving me any indication as to any updates on a refund! Will not be buying from this non-authentic website again!! Do NOT recommend.
