Just Fashion Now. Nothing GOOD I can say, unfortunately. After waiting over a month for my item to be delivered--order was placed on November 18, 2017--and after inquiring about its status on December 9 (still not delivered) I was told my order "may be delayed" and would be shipped out from the warehouse in 4-6 days. It was not. On Jan 1, (still no delivery) I sent an email informing JFN that I was cancelling my order and requested a refund. The day after I sent this email, jFN informed me my shipment had been sent out on Dec. 13 and I would receive it in 10-20 business days. I never received any notifications prior to this date informing me of the shipment. The item--a quilted coat-- was too small even though it was XL. Many customers-- besides myself--have waited a very long time for the delivery of their items-- and when they FINALLY arrive--they are further disappointed that the clothes do not fit, or they are poor quality. Some items look quite different from the photos. Some customers have spent quite a bit of money on orders, because the clothes are so affordable, and still have NOT received them ! In addition, their efforts to contact representatives at JFN have not always been successful. Many have experience no response to their emails (some complaints are featured at repdigger.com) I personally am very disappointed with my shopping experience with Just Fashion Now.
