Review about Team RH fitness
Been following TeamRH for over a year. Thought I was going to struggle to track my food and understand what macros were. Since joining I watched all there explanation videos which taught me everything I need to know. I have learnt so much about food and how our body works in storing fats and burning calories etc. The work outs are great to and easily fit into our busy lives. I'm losing weight and toning up. Never did I think I would enjoy getting healthy as much as I am now. I highly recommend giving this a chance and educating yourself through there fab videos and supportive social community online. My hair and skin are feeling lovely and had commments on how much I'm glowing. Purely though getting the right vitamins and minerals my body needs. I eat plenty but making more right choices but I still get to eat the things I love. Bread, crisp and chocolate. As long as it fits in my calories and 20/80. (you will learn the meaning of this when you join) best thing I ever did. Wish I didn't wait that year to sign up. 6.99 a month and yet I wasted that weekly on other heavily advertised fad diets. This isn't a diet. It's a lifestyle that I'm now enjoying and even my husband is too. Improves other activity too 😉 Bonus! Haha x Thank you Richie and Rachel xx
