I don't post to sites but was going to order and saw the reviews so I checked out the site closer. They have a contract on their site that states they have the right to send you what you ordered. They don't warranty their product and if there's something wrong it's not their responsibility. I was appalled. I'm a contract writer and did some research. I obtained their trademark through the United States Patent Request Office and found the actual company address and e-mail. I hope this info helps someone. The actual company is called Joyful Miles LTD. They are a wholesaler so they go by multiple names.
