I ordered some beautiful sandals for £22 and extra delivery. When they came I was so excited, but then I opened the bag and I found this horrible imitations, not the same colour, not the same material, it’s was extremely light and poor quality. It’s like those Chinese shoes shops that you find in Spain and buy some cheap 3€ sandals. That’s what it’s worth IF SO. NOT £23!!!! Then they have the guts to tell me customers have different expectations of the items, are they joking?? Are we all seeing different pictures of the same product? And then they say you have to pay for return even tho they literally just SCAMMED you. HORRIBLE. I’ll add a picture of what they advertise and what I’ve got.
