This company is the most inept, disorganized and/or also just plain crooked. They offer one price then change it on your bill and add a whole bunch of charges you never approved or heard of. I have had nothing but problems with them since the day they took over from Embarq in our area. Save yourself a ton of headaches. Pick someone else!
