I ordered a cherrywood urn for my dog in the color as seen in the first picture as shone on Mainley Urns website. They sent me the same shaped cherrywood urn in a totally different color. I called and spoke with a customer service representatives at Mainley Urns, they said they would have to speak with their manufacturer. (Why am I being dragged into Mainley Urns dealings with a manufacturer. I will never understand). The representative said, "the manufacturer told them twice they will not ship another one out". When you buy an item from any company and they send you the wrong color, they make it right apparently except for Mainley Urns. It is a nicely made product but it doesn't matter if it is the wrong color - as it is not what I ordered. I have numerous correspondence with Mainley Urns where they say, they sent me the correct cherrywood urn. Even though I keep telling them the color is completely different then the one on Mainley Urn's website. The urn maybe cherrywood but it is stained in a completely different color - (not even close) - than what is shown on their website. They promised they would call me the next day and it has been three days and I have heard nothing
