This company is very un helpful. Don't believe their advert saying we can common the same day. I actually didn't want them to come on the same day and gave them two days notice. They did not give me an exact time but did say they would call half an hour before arrival. 4:00pm they phoned me on the first day and said they couldn't make it. So I arranged for the following day for them to fix the aerial in the afternoon. Again no fixed time between 1 and 6pm. 5.35pm I still had not heard from them. So I called up and they then told me they were too busy to come to mine to fix the aerial. I explained that this was the 2nd day this had happened and had waited around for two afternoons. The guy on the other end of the phone said sorry and hung up. I tried calling back but call ringing was cut off. Really appalling..
