What is the point of offering a service if you’re not going to actually provide that service? I waited hours for workers to show up but nobody did. What’s worse, there was no call or any type of follow up letting me know that something went wrong or they wouldn’t be able to make it. So unprofessional!

I received notes on my door from the delivery person saying that I wasn't at home when they tried to deliver the merchandise. I work from home! My home office is upstairs. They never knocked or rang my doorbell.
