Young ladies aren’t always treated with the respect their older peers are. That’s no excuse, though, to treat them as if they’re totally brainless. I watched as the service I was using did this to one young girl, who by any standards was sharp and educated. She left in tears. I walked out, determined to help her and use someone else myself. Don’t go here.
