I’ve never had a service go so turbulently. Usually it goes pretty smoothly and I don’t have a problem, but this time the man was late, did a rushed job, and didn’t bother to take much direction on something that I knew needed to be done to my standard. I am very disappointed.

They had free shipping and hassle-free ordering. Now their online ordering is a pain, it takes longer for products to arrive, and their customer service is awful.
