I used this service based on a recommendation from a trusted friend. He couldn't have praised it enough. However, when he used it that was a good few years ago and things have obviously changed, for the worse. I found the whole service to be sub standard, including the people that were supposed to be professionally trained. When I told my friend, he was mortified and couldn't apologise more. I told him it wasn't his fault but he's annoyed with himself because he's recommended this company to a lot if people! Spread the word, they are most definitely not what they once were!
