When did using dumbed down personnel become the norm? Today’s workers seem to have slept through university, if they attended at all. The lack of common sense is what I lament the most. It doesn’t take a genius to deliver a service’s services. Upon contacting said service, the workers know nothing of the order, nor its delivery date, if any. Shaking my head. Not using them again.

Talked to a manager about a charge that they charged me for when no work was done. Called customer service and gave me the go around for weeks until I finally put my foot down and demanded an explanation.
