I made the mistake of letting this company take advantage of me more than once. Both times were equally unprofessional. I thought that if I dealt with a different staff member the second time around, everything would be much better. That wasn't the case. I'm convinced that this company trains their staff members to be disrespectful and take advantage of their clients.

This is the first time I have had to deal with this company, and it’s certainly going to be my last.
