I hired this company because I had some knowledge on the job that I needed to be done, but not enough to do it myself. In the end, I ended up telling the techs what they should be doing and pointing out their mistakes. If a company is going to hire someone, they should make sure that these people are qualified to do the job. I could have saved myself a ton of money had I done the job on my own.

Losers is all that I can say about the services that you and your company sells. I can’t believe that I was stupid enough to think that you guys would even come through with what I have seen already. You call this a service, but I call it a joke, just like your business.
