I signed up online for WW in Nov. 2016 and felt like I needed more help and went to a meeting in Feb. 2017. When I went in I told them I only wanted to sign up for a month and see how it would go. They told me that they had a special deal going - sign up for 3 months for $114 and if you lose 10 lbs in that time they will refund you $100. I was promised that I would get that $100 if I lost 10 lbs. which I did. I sent in the paperwork in March. In April I sent it again and asked for an update on when I might see it. I did the same thing again in May. NO RESPONSE either time. Today I called them and was told that I was not eligible for the $100 because I had signed up for the online program back in November and the promotion was only for "New Members". Not at all what I was told by the "leader" at the WW meetings. Warning people! IF IT SOUNDS TO GOOD TO BE TRUE, ITS TO GOOD TO BE TRUE!!!! Horrible company to work with and false advertising!!! I will never go to WW ever again!!!
