I say, if I wanted two sizes larger than I am, I would have ordered it. Since online services don’t have tape measures with which to judge a customer’s size, they must trust that the customer knows what he’s talking about. Emails explaining the situation went largely unnoticed. Calls to the online service’s office were condescending to say the least. I won’t be using this service again.

Their prices have doubled since I first ordered from them a year ago. I'm shopping somewhere else - goodbye and good riddance!
