I cannot be more disappointed by how this company’s service is. They used to be such a great company. Now? They are just unfriendly, and are not going to help anyone out. I was treated with an unfriendly, rude, and lackadaisical staff, and just impossible to deal with. How hard can being nice be? I just wanted a little respect, that’s all, I’m a client after all, is that too much to ask? Apparently, it was for this company, I’m done with them, that’s for certain.

I’ve been using them for a while now and I promise you my orders may as well be over 100 by now. With such experience my rate of satisfaction could be about 95%. I certainly do my homework before entrusting any business. I compare prices with other retailers and customer service too. If I find a better option I always shift my loyalty. However, I have been here a while now which speaks volumes.
