I am very frustrated right now and I am feeling very emotional because of it. It shouldn't be this hard to get service with you people. I don't think you understand how customer service work and help satisfy your customers would keep you in business. Please send someone out here to fix this service at to talk to me about all the issues that I'm having. If not I will switch.

Spending money for a low-quality service makes me physically ill and I know I’m not the only one who feels this way. I will not continue to associate myself with this business. Move on, and move up. There are better companies that will not try to get away with just the bare minimum and expect you to be grateful for it.
