I've been so nervous about getting a storage unit since hearing horrific stories from friend's past experiences and my one time experience from college days- it's nerve racking to trust people and companies these days. However Rhonda was my blessing today. Very professional, kind and willing to go above and beyond to not only show me the storage unit (bc I needed to verify visually what I was looking at), she immediately answered any of my questions and had me at ease right away. She was very knowledgeable on her business and attention to details during our talk and walk I immediately knew this was the place I needed to store my possessions and have ease of mind. The unit looked great, the property is nice and clean- she even pulled a weed during the walk- that to me was something small but big as for details knowing she caught that. -Thank you Rhonda at 137th Holmes Storage Mart- you were def my blessing today!
