When I hire a company I expect to get someone who can handle the job to the end. Well this company is not the one. Started the work but never completed it. Was charged full price and still refused to complete work. Will not use this company ever again.

I opted for two-day delivery on an item last Wednesday. I was told via email that my package would arrive on Friday morning. It's now Monday, and I still haven't gotten my order! What's going on?
